This gluten free crust is soft and bready with the right amount of bite. The dough is easy to work with and rolls out effortlessly.

Mix dry ingredients together with 3/4 of the GF flour. One egg and one yolk is perfect but one or two whole eggs works fine. Mix in the eggs then mix in enough milk to make the batter come together. It should be easy to shape a pizza crust by pressing it out. Add remaining 1/4 cup flour to help shape. Not all of it may be needed.

Preheat the oven to 475F ideally. Grease a pizza sheet and spread the batter out into a rough circle. Roll the edges up to make a clean edge then press it back down. Spread sauce and top with cheese and bake until the cheese is brown and the crust easily separates from the pan.
